Data deletion

Initask uses the Instagram API by Meta only for Instagram professional accounts owned or managed by our team. From these accounts we store the comments left on their posts (text, username, time) and the reply drafts prepared for them.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@initask.com with the subject «Data deletion» and your Instagram username.
2. Within 30 days we delete your comments, username and reply drafts from our systems and confirm by email.

Revoke access

The owner of a connected Instagram account can revoke our access at any time: Instagram → Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Remove. After that the data of this account is deleted within 30 days.

Initask використовує Instagram API від Meta лише для професійних акаунтів Instagram, якими володіє чи керує наша команда. З цих акаунтів ми зберігаємо коментарі під публікаціями (текст, імʼя користувача, час) і чернетки відповідей на них.

Як попросити видалення

1. Напишіть на hello@initask.com з темою «Data deletion» і своїм імʼям користувача в Instagram.
2. Протягом 30 днів ми видаляємо ваші коментарі, імʼя користувача і чернетки відповідей і підтверджуємо листом.

Відкликати доступ

Власник підключеного акаунта Instagram може будь-коли відкликати наш доступ: Instagram → Налаштування і дії → Дозволи вебсайтів → Застосунки й вебсайти → Видалити. Після цього дані акаунта видаляються протягом 30 днів.
