Initask is an AI development and business automation studio based in Kyiv, Ukraine. We design and ship AI agents, custom automation systems, premium websites, mobile apps and bespoke software for teams that need measurable business outcomes — not demos, not AI theatre, not another chatbot wrapper.

What we do

We build AI agents that actually run inside business workflows: document understanding pipelines, voice assistants for sales and reception, sales-development automations, internal copilots, and end-to-end product implementations from idea to live deployment. Every project ships to production with monitoring, analytics and a clear ownership handoff.

How we work

We start with the outcome: what does success look like in numbers, two months from now. Then we propose the shortest path of agents, integrations and UI that gets there. Most engagements ship a working MVP within three to five weeks. We iterate against real users and real telemetry — not internal opinions.

Track record

We have shipped AI receptionists for dental clinics, hand-off automations for sales teams, document recognition for accounting (Альтерра — школа з 16 філіями), real estate AI search, voice agents over Twilio and Zadarma, mobile applications for iOS and Android, and several productized AI tools used daily by their owners.
